These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website purabarrio.com, operated by Purabarrio Consultores Financieros S.A.C. (hereinafter, “Purabarrio”), with registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 1456, Of. 802, San Isidro, Lima, Peru.

Using the site means fully accepting these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using the platform.
3. Not financial advice
The published content is informative and educational. It does not replace personalised professional advice from a chartered accountant, lawyer or institution supervised by the SBS or SMV. Purabarrio does not market financial products, take deposits or grant loans.

The subscription is free, voluntary and can be cancelled at any time. By subscribing, you declare that you are of legal age and reside in Peru or have a legitimate interest in the Peruvian financial system.

Purabarrio takes reasonable measures to keep the site operational, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It is not liable for financial decisions taken by users based on the published content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the Judges and Courts of the Judicial District of Lima, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
8. Effective date
These terms have been in force since 12 January 2026. Any amendment will be published on this same page with a clear update date.
