At Purabarrio Consultores Financieros S.A.C. (hereinafter, “Purabarrio”) we safeguard your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS and the directives issued by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD).

1. Data controller

Purabarrio Consultores Financieros S.A.C., with tax ID 20613487521 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 1456, Of. 802, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, is the controller of the personal-data file “Purabarrio Subscribers”, registered with the National Personal Data Protection Registry.

2. Data we collect

We collect your full name, email address and, optionally, the Peruvian region from which you connect. We do not request national ID, banking information or sensitive data through the public form.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to deliver the fortnightly financial briefing, inform you about free training events held in Lima and the regions, and provide educational materials on the Peruvian financial system.

4. Retention

Your data will be kept while your subscription remains active or for a maximum of five (5) years from your last interaction, after which it will be securely deleted.

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to privacidad@purabarrio.com or by visiting our offices in San Isidro, Lima. You may also file complaints with the ANPD of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

6. Transfers

We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information with email-delivery providers located in the European Union, which have signed standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD.

7. Security measures

We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, multi-factor authentication for authorised staff and annual audits in line with Information Security Directive No. 01-2024-JUS/DGTAIPD.
